Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Ceramic fiber blanket is a lightweight fibrous refractory product integrating fire resistance, heat insulation, and thermal preservation. It contains no organic binders, possesses regular dimensions, and maintains excellent tensile strength, toughness, and fibrous structure under neutral and oxidizing atmospheres. Features include low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, and excellent chemical/thermal stability without powdering within the operating temperature range. Ideal for industrial furnace linings, backings, high-temperature pipe insulation, door and roof sealing, and fire protection wrapping.

Ceramic Fiber Module
Ceramic fiber modules are made by pre-compressing ceramic fiber blankets using specialized equipment. After installation, the modules expand to create a tight, seamless furnace lining. They feature low heat storage, excellent energy efficiency, strong thermal shock resistance, and quick commission time after installation.
