Project Background: ARISH Cement is a major large-scale cement producer in Egypt, dedicated to supplying high-quality cement clinker for infrastructure development across the Middle East and North Africa. Project Challenges: The internal working conditions of a cement rotary kiln are incredibly complex. The burning zone requires refractories with excellent “coating adherence” (kiln crust formation) to protect the lining. The transition zone faces frequent, severe thermal shocks and intense chemical attack from alkaline, sulfur, and chlorine volatiles. Furthermore, the continuous rotation of the massive kiln body poses a immense challenge to the overall structural strength and mechanical stress resistance of the masonry. Additionally, cross-border long-distance sea freight presents a comprehensive test of moisture-proof and damage-resistant packaging, delivery time management, and cross-cultural communication.

Premium Product Supply (Precise Matching for Excellent Coating and Anti-Erosion): Yongyi’s technical team conducted an in-depth analysis of ARISH’s raw meal composition and fuel characteristics, tailoring a comprehensive refractory configuration plan for the entire kiln. For the critical burning zone, we supplied magnesia-iron-alumina spinel bricks, which are highly conducive to stable coating formation and effectively resist high-temperature melt scouring. For the upper and lower transition zones, we selected premium magnesia-alumina spinel bricks featuring outstanding thermal shock and chemical attack resistance.
