Refractory Cement (Aluminate Cement)
The CA50 series high alumina cement, including CA50-A600, CA50-A700, and CA50-A900, is primarily used in refractory castable systems, featuring rapid setting, high early strength, and good workability. The pure aluminate cement series, CA70 and CA80, are suitable for castable systems requiring higher purity, refractoriness, and high-temperature strength.
- CA50-A600: Rapid setting and hardening, concentrated heat release; suitable for traditional medium-to-high cement castables.
- CA50-A700: Stable setting, good mechanical strength; suitable for medium-to-low cement castables.
- CA50-A900: Low impurity content; suitable for low-cement and ultra-low-cement castables.
- CA70: Moderate setting speed and strength development; suitable for conventional low-cement and ultra-low-cement castables.
- CA80: High purity and alumina content, excellent early strength, and high residual strength at medium temperatures. Service temperature can reach 1800°C.
